Procon's Free Access Farrowing Pen
One side gate is moved to the side of the pen to create the free access position. This is a smooth and easy movement that increases the working life of the pen.	When the side gate is open, the sow can leave the farrowing pen easily.
In free access position, the sow can easily turn around and lie down. Anti-crush bars are fitted around the pen to ensure the safety of the piglets.	The sow can also exit the pen from the front: this enables a pen arrangement parallel to the feeding corridor.
